Refund policy
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
- We highly recommend inspecting the product upon delivery for any visible damage.
- Shipping damage must be reported within 24 HOURS of product delivery.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, damage reported beyond this timeframe will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
- After delivery, please review all included documentation and consider contacting the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage.
Eligibility for Return
Products received by Shree Enterprises in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from Shree Enterprises.
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (e.g., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
- Any damage reported more than 24 hours after product delivery.
- Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
- Any product returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
- Special order products (Back to Back Order) are not eligible for return.
Additionally:
- Consumable products (e.g., Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Downloads, Paper Products) cannot be returned once used.
Shree Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Manufacturer Warranty Products:
- Claims for products with manufacturer warranties should be made directly with the respective manufacturer’s service center. No returns accepted.
- Dead On Arrival (DOA) Products:
- Inform us via email or phone call within 24 hours of delivery.
- Delayed DOA reports may not be accepted and will be directed to service centers.
- Replacement for Other Products:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacements.
- Returned Product Conditions:
- Returned products must be in intact condition with all accessories and original packaging.
- Physical damages caused by customers are not covered.
- Reverse Pickup and Return Shipping:
- Reverse pickup arranged if supported by our courier partner.
- Otherwise, return shipping arranged by the customer.
- Mobile Phones:
- No refunds for mobile phones.
- Mobiles with manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly from service centers.
- Cancellation Before Shipping: case to case may apply or may not
- It depends on multiple factors, contact us in case of any cancellations.
- Special Deals and Occasions: no cancellations on products bought on special offers
- No cancellations on products bought on special offers, using coupons or customizations
- Quality Discrepancies:
- Report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Customer Service team will assess and make an appropriate decision.
- Manufacturer Warranty Complaints:
- Refer warranty-related complaints to the respective manufacturers.
- Money-Back Guarantee:
- If there’s a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of product receipt, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Include your order number in your communication.
- Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds processed within 14 working days.
- Manufacturer Promotional Items:
- Manufacturers sometimes include free promotional items with their products.
- To receive a full refund on a purchase that includes promotional items, all items (including the promotional ones) must be returned.
- The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the total refund.
Additional Terms:
- Title: Shree Enterprises does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Shree Enterprises does not take title to the refunded item.
- Original Shipping Charges: Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned.
- Cross-Shipping: We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.
- Refusing Delivery: Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15%-30% restocking fee.
