Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

  1. Is different from what was ordered within 24hrs.
  2. Is different from its description on the product detail page on Shree Enterprises    store.in       
  3. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be            returned.
  4. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact,

    user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original                        manufacturer’s  box/packaging as delivered to you.                                                  

    Refer to instructions to return items against each category.

    We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the         policy mentioned against each category.                   

  1. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return,

    including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of                    product ordered or incorrect product ordered.                                                                                         

  1. It returns only when if it found such things without any reason the product              cant  be return.

    No refundable only replace.
  3. Correct Product / Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar            code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.         
  4. Complete Product / All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any)   should be present.                                          
  5. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever                             applicable).                                       

        Before returning a  Laptop/ Desktop, the device should be formatted and                Screen lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled.

       iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices
